Fondy partnered with Visa to launch Fondy Terminal, an app for accepting cashless payments based on Visa Tap to Phone technology
KYIV, August 08 — The Fondy platform, with the support of Visa, the global leader in digital payments, introduced a new product to the Ukrainian market—the Fondy Terminal app.
The functional POS solution replaces all cash register equipment and allows merchants to accept offline and online payments, as well as connect new retail outlets and cashiers without additional documents and registrations.
Fondy Terminal will allow companies operating in the service industry and mobile trading, as well as freelancers, operators of delivery services, etc., to accept contactless payments from customers conveniently and safely. To receive a payment, the entrepreneur indicates the amount of the transaction in the application, and the buyer pays by tapping a card or gadget to the device where the app is installed. The receipt can be sent via email or messenger.
Fondy Terminal accepts all types of contactless cards, as well as payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay and smart watches.

Fondy Terminal uses the innovative Visa Tap to Phone technology, which transforms a smartphone with Android OS (from 8.0 and higher) into a full-fledged POS terminal. The solution will help SMEs replace traditional POS terminals and cash registers, which need to be rented, connected and maintained, with a more modern and efficient tool for accepting cashless payments.

Fondy Terminal includes a built-in POS for automatic online fiscalization of receipts in the State Tax Service, provides access to detailed analytics, allows quick refunds, and has an intuitive interface. The app is now available for download at the Google Play Store.
Fondy Terminal is part of an omnichannel platform for online and offline payments. After registration in the app, users get access to all options of the Fondy payment service.
