Kyivstar and Visa launched the STARKASA business solution
KYIV, February 10, 2022 — STARKASA is a mobile application for smartphones on the Android OS allowing users to perform payment transactions, accept cashless payments, issue receipts, order goods online, etc. This application will help individual entrepreneurs use software POS and comply with the new legal norms. The solution offers three key functions.
- Mobile cash register with software POS — a cash register in a smartphone that can issue a fiscal receipt, start a shift, create a list of products, sell a product, make a discount, return the product, generate a cash report and close the shift.
- Visa Tap to Phone is a technology that allows you to turn a smartphone with an NFC module into a POS terminal, enabling entrepreneurs to accept cashless payments without using a classic POS terminal.
- STARKASA.MARKET is an online product ordering system for businesses and their points of sale.
Thus, the solution allows the entrepreneur to save on the purchase of trading equipment, automate the business, connect online, and have a single contact for support.

To use the STARKASA product, you need to create an account or download the app from the Play Market. Until the end of June, the use of STARKASA for an entrepreneur will be free of charge, as well as with no commission when accepting cashless payments for Visa cards, until the turnover reaches UAH 30,000. The cost of a subscription to the service after the promotional period will be UAH 199 per month.
