With the Fast Line by Visa you have access to:

  • accelerated flight check-in procedure;
  • quick luggage delivery with porter service;
  • bypassing passport control during departure and upon arrival.

Number of services available during the year: Visa Platinum — 2 times, Visa Signature — 4 times, Visa Infinite — 6 times.

The Fast Line service by Visa includes the Salam Gold Visa services upon departure from the airport and the Salam Platinum Visa services upon arrival.

How to use the Fast Line: Salam Gold Visa service (departure)

  1. The holder of the Visa premium card must apply for the service through the Visa Concierge at least 12 hours before departure and indicate:
    • name and surname;
    • date, time and flight number;
    • contact phone number;
    • and also note that he is a participant of the Fast Line by Visa promotion as a holder of a Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, Visa Platinum Business or Visa Signature Business premium card.
  2. After receiving the application, the airport employee will inform the passenger at which terminal he should arrive.
  3. An airport employee will meet the passenger with a sign at the required entrance to the terminal and guide him to the Salam Service counter.
  4. After that, the passenger will be escorted to the fast track registration desk. The Fast Line by Visa user can also use the concierge services, which are available in the area before the check-in desk (hereinafter, this service is paid additionally).
    During check-in and baggage check-in, the passenger must present the flight ticket to the airport employee. After checking the documents, the airport employee will register the passenger for the flight.
    If the passenger has items for declaration, the airport employee will accompany the passenger to the necessary counter and help fill out the customs declaration. After that, the passenger will be taken to the expedited check-in area.
  5. The user of the Fast Line by Visa service can also use the service of free packing of one piece of luggage, which is included in the Salam Gold Visa service, before handing in luggage at the counter.
  6. At the entrance to the security zone, the passenger must present the boarding pass for inspection. It will be necessary to pass a personal inspection and submit hand luggage for examination through an X-ray machine. Next, the passenger will be directed to the expedited passport control desk.
  7. During passport control, the passenger must once again present the boarding pass for verification.
  8. After carrying out all the necessary procedures, the passenger will be escorted to the general waiting hall for boarding.

How to use the Fast Line: Salam Platinum Visa service (arrival):

  1. The holder of the Visa premium card must apply for the service through the Visa Concierge at least 12 hours before departure and indicate:
    • name and surname;
    • date, time and flight number;
    • contact phone number;
    • and also note that he is a participant of the Fast Line by Visa promotion as a holder of a Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, Visa Platinum Business or Visa Signature Business premium card.
  2. An airport employee will meet the passenger with a sign at the entrance to Terminal 1 on the platform side.
  3. An airport employee will escort the passenger to the appropriate counter for expedited passport control and check-in outside the queue.
  4. After the expedited passport control, an airport employee will escort the passenger to the premium lounge in Terminal 2 of the airport.
  5. In the meantime, the passenger can give the baggage check to the porter to receive his belongings instead. If necessary, the passenger will also be provided with assistance in filling out the customs declaration.

If the passenger wishes to cancel the Fast Line by Visa service, he must notify the Visa Concierge chatbot at least 3 hours before departure.
