Shop abroad with Visa and get your tax refund faster

Process your VAT refund with Global Blue and receive it directly to your Visa card — convenient and secure.

For all Visa cardholders:

• register for the Global Blue program via the link and select your Visa card as the refund method;
• make purchases at stores displaying the Global Blue logo and request Global Blue Tax Free at the checkout;
• when completing the form, present your passport or a barcode from the app or website;
• upon departure, obtain a customs stamp validating your Tax Free form;
• send the validated Tax Free forms to Global Blue;
• track the refund status to your Visa card in the app after the form has been validated.

The refund is usually credited to your Visa card within up to 14 business days after the documents are confirmed.
