Buy Ukrainian goods and get 10% cashback with the “National Cashback” program supported by Visa.
The “National Cashback” program supports citizens with the help of monetary compensation for the purchase of Ukrainian goods exclusively in a non-cash form of payment. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The operational partner of the project is the Visa international payment technology company. Monetary support is provided through the return of 10% of the cost in the case of the purchase of domestically produced goods included in the program, including medicines (excluding excise goods).
The “National Cashback” supports micro and small businesses, creates additional demand and awareness of Ukrainian goods, and also contributes to economic growth and legalization of the economy.

Citizens of Ukraine aged 18 and older, as well as manufacturers and sellers of Ukrainian goods, can voluntarily participate in the program.

Within the scope of the program, Ukrainian-made goods are available, including medicinal and medical products, which have been added by the manufacturer to a special list. Cashback is not provided on excise goods, with the exception of alcoholic beverages produced without the addition of alcohol, namely, grape, fruit and berry wines, and honey drinks.

In case of purchase of Ukrainian goods using bank cards, the buyer will receive cashback in the amount of 10% of their value, but no more than UAH 3,000 per month.

Funds from last month's cashback will be credited to special bank accounts of program participants by the 20th of the following month. For example, for purchases in September, cashback will be credited until October 20.

A Ukrainian manufacturer can make changes to the application for joining the list of Ukrainian manufacturers. In the same way, the seller can make changes to the application for joining the list of sellers.

The experimental project is valid until December 31, 2025 within the limits of funding provided for in the 2025 budget. The pilot phase will run from September 2 to December 31, 2024. Cashback received for purchases from September to November 2024 can be used until January 31, 2025. Cashback funds accrued for purchases in December 2024 will be paid out in February 2025 and can be used throughout 2025.

The coordinator of the “National Cashback” program is the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the State Tax Service, the settlement bank – “Oschadbank” and authorized banks of Ukraine participate in the implementation of the project. The technological partner in the implementation of the program is the international payment system Mastercard. The operational partner of the project is the Visa international payment technology company.
