A baggage assistant will meet you at the UZ Lounge “Kyiv Living Room” and help carry your suitcase to your train carriage. Or from the arriving train in Kyiv directly to your car.

Order the service at least 45 minutes before departure or arrival. Leave the hassle to Visa and focus on your journey.

Provide your trip details: date, time, carriage and seat number, and the amount of luggage.

he porter of the “Light Luggage” service from Visa will collect your belongings right at the carriage and help carry your luggage to the taxi.
