It's always nice to be welcomed with a smile, get your coffee prepared quickly, and receive help when needed. Now you can thank SOCAR employees for great service even without cash.

The new Tips feature in the SOCAR level app, developed together with Visa as a technology partner, allows you to leave tips quickly and conveniently directly from your smartphone.

How to use the service:

• Choose the nearest SOCAR filling station on the map in the SOCAR level app or in the Bonus History section.
• Alternatively, open the link from the push notification received after payment (if enabled).
• Tap "Rate" and select the station employee.
• Leave your feedback and enter the desired tip amount.

You can also leave tips through SOCAR Pay at the fuel pump. Self-Service users can rate an employee and leave a tip after a successful refueling.

Update your SOCAR level app, use the new Tips feature, and show your appreciation with SOCAR and Visa.

The employee will receive the tip amount after deduction of payment system fees and applicable taxes in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

The minimum tip amount is UAH 10. The service is available only at SOCAR stations where employees have consented and registered for electronic tips. The offer is valid throughout Ukraine, except temporarily occupied territories.
