When you use a Visa card to shop online and there is a problem with the transaction, for example you did not receive the merchandise you ordered or you receive damaged, defective, or counterfeit merchandise or the merchandise or service did not match what was described, you should get in contact with the merchant which sold you the goods immediately. If you cannot resolve the issue with the merchant, you could dispute the transaction by contacting your card issuer. Please note, your issuing bank may set deadlines within which your transaction may be disputed.
