The Esports Academy is the first — and one of the most important — steps on the challenging path to a professional gaming career. It's built for those who are ready not just to dream, but to work hard to turn that dream into reality.

In Season 1, over 350 candidates competed for a spot on NAVI Youth team. By Season 2, the competition intensified — only one spot was available.

Throughout the tournaments and training matches, participants faced new challenges and proved how powerful small, consistent steps can be. Through dedication, personal practice, and focused skill-building — the foundation every team member needs — they showed what true growth looks like. In the end, Lev Rakov earned his place in the youth squad of Season 2 after fierce competition.

We are happy to welcome a new member of NAVI Youth.
