NAVI Visa Academy: The way to the young NAVI staff

NAVI Visa Academy is a unique project created in cooperation between NAVI and Visa to support young talents who are going to be the professionals in CS and become part of one of the most successful CS teams in the world.

The player selection process consists of three stages, during which participants competed for a spot on the NAVI Youth team. In the first stage, applicants competed online over three weeks, showcasing their skills in CS. Only the top 10 players advanced to the second stage — a two-week bootcamp at NAVI's office in Berlin, where, under the guidance of experienced coach Natji, they had the opportunity to refine their skills and prove themselves. Finally, after intensive training, the top 5 players were selected to join the NAVI Youth squad.

NAVI Visa Academy is more than a summer vacation spent at the computer. This is the path of small but confident steps that lead to a great sports career. Every small step in the Academy brought the players closer to their dream of becoming the next legend of NAVI and CS.
